TERMS & CONDITIONS
- It is the policy of Chand Bagh Foundation to keep the fees as low as possible, however fees can be increased without prior notice.
- Extra charges may be levied to cover optional expeditions, adventure training and extra-curricular activities.
- All examination fees are charged to the Parent’s/Guardian’s accounts.
- A late fee fine of Rs.150 per month will be charged if fees are not paid by the due date.
- Dues are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- If dues with late fee are not paid within two weeks after the due date, the child’s name will be struck off the school roll. The child may apply for re-admission as per school rules.
- A re-admission fee will be charged in addition to outstanding dues after a grace period of 10 days.
- The re-admission fee is non-refundable.
- Re-admission is subject to seat availability and school approval.
- Admission depends on entrance test performance and a good conduct certificate from the previous school.
- Security is refundable only if claimed within six months of leaving.
- Transport charges are payable for 10 months. No fee for 2 months of summer vacation.
- The Foundation reserves the right to utilize the security deposit until refunded.
