How to Apply
Parents interested in admitting their child must first register for the admission test by completing the Registration Form at the school office.
Please note that registration does not guarantee admission; acceptance is contingent upon successfully passing the admission test or interview and the availability of a seat.
The class for which the child will be tested is determined based on the child’s age and level of understanding.
Playgroup
An informal individual assessment test is taken. Generally, the reading level of a child, the vocabulary and concepts of colors and numbers are assessed. In addition, the confidence of the child, the level of spoken English and motor skills are also taken into consideration.
Note: The required Age for playgroup is 3-3.5 years.
Grade- KG1-9
Applicants are assessed in the following areas – English, Urdu, Mathematics & General Knowledge.
The pass percentage is 50%. Duration of each paper is approximately 35 minutes for juniors and 45 minutes for senior grades.
For the written test, the Candidate should come properly equipped with a pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener and ruler.
Admission Test is set from syllabus given with the prospectus.
The test paper is not shown to anyone and only Marks are communicated to the parents / guardians.
A candidate caught cheating during the admission test will be not entertained.
The list displaying names of selected candidates will be put up on School notice board and will also be uploaded on school website” www.chandbaghdg.edu.pk
In all cases, merit is the sole criterion for admission. The decision of the school cannot be challenged in any way and will be final.

What are the required documentation?
- The documents to be attached with the Registration Form include:
- 4 recent passport size photographs
- Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate & B-Form
- Report card from previous school (if applicable)
- A photocopy of school leaving certificate from previous institution attended (if applicable)
- N.I.C copy of Father/Guardian
How do we confirm about admission?
- Parents fill in the Registration form and pay the registration fees after which they receive:
- Prospectus
- Syllabus Book let
- Medical Form
- Transport Detail Form for Regular Students
- Registration receipt
- Admission and fee payment information
- The following fees are payable:

- On receipt of paid fee bill, parents are given:

Note:
- Fee is subject to annual review.
- Application forms are available at the school office and should be filled in the school.
- Fees are charged for all twelve months of the year and are payable every month.
- Parents have the option to pay the fee for the whole year as a lump sum.
- The fees payable for the period of the summer vacation are paid in advance and prior to closure.
